
Okay so three things that you need to know about me, I’m Black, I love to eat and I love to cook when I’m in the mood. I used to want to be a chef when I was a kid and I don’t think that passion for food really died down, even though I really don’t see myself in a chef’s hat. I’ve been watching cooking shows since I was like 5 years old. Back then, it was really rare for me to see folks that look like me on those shows. Although I enjoyed and still enjoy cooking shows from all people, it is nice to see someone that I can automatically connect with on a certain level. Nowadays, there is a small flux of Black folks on cooking networks. So below are some of the cooking shows that feature Black hosts.

There are no clips from this show because it debuts today. However, I can give you a little bit of info about the show. The host is the current winner of The Next Food Network Star. The show will feature some mouth-watering recipes that is easy.
